Gianduja Nut Chocolate – This Gianduja paste, shown here on photo in melted form, is in solid form at room temperature and as such differs from our Agrimontana Gianduja Paste. This Gianduja has a more chocolate flavor than the Agrimontana and contains less of the flavorful nut oil. Ideal for rapid bonbons confections and truffles – only a quick melting is required.
Ingredients: Sugar, Hazelnuts, Cocoa Mass (22.7%) Cocoa Butter. Emulsifier: soy lecithin. May contain milk
