L’Epicerie is proud to introduce the NEW Cacao Barry TRITAN moulds or molds. These professional moulds bear shapes of some of the best European designs, helping quite a few of the best pastry chefs in the world achieve excellence.

This new series of molds from Barry Callebaut are made from Tritan.

Tritan™copolyester is a tough, BPA-free plastic used to make various products that you use every day. These molds made from Tritan are impact and shatter resistant, they also stay clear and durable even after years of repeated use and washing cycles.

Tritan™ is completely free of bisphenol A (BPA), bisphenol S and any other bisphenol compounds as well as estrogenic and androgenic activity.
