Candied Melon Cubes These candied melon cubes, in three colors, are the top of what you will be able to find. About Corsiglia – Interestingly, Andre Corsiglia began his career of master confectioner in 1870 in New York with his uncle Giovanni Batista Rafetto in Little Italy.
