Exopat Nonstick Baking Mat 16.5″ x 12.5″ Exopat is made of laminated, woven rubberized food grade silicone, that is reusable about 3,000 times. It renders any baking sheet into a nonstick surface, it requires no greasing and is very easy to clean with a wet sponge and/or a bit of soapy water. These mats can also be used for working sugar, and chocolate. Exopat can be reused thousands of times and withstands temperature from -40ºF to over +580ºF.
Never use knives or sharp edges on the mat to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. Always store them flat or rolled, but never folded.
