The bottom of these saucepan is made of 18/10 stainless steel with an 8 mm (0.315″) aluminum core. The aluminum conducts heat quickly and evenly and the sandwiched construction of the bottom, food is never in contact with the aluminum, prevents warping and/or de-lamination. Their handles are hollow and stay cool during cooking, each handle is hand-welded on four points to insure durability.
The manufacturer offers a two-year warranty against handles coming loose or the de-lamination of its bottom . This series can be used with any heat source including induction.
