Colombino – Every year, at the beginning of the olives harvest, the oil presses millstones start their work without rest. The millstones are made of “colombina” stone, and when rotating on the “pilla” , will produce the oil birth miracle. The “Colombino” is an excellent EVOO with a full and palatable taste combine in an intense gold color. This EVOO is not filtered, but just subjected to customary, periodic decantings. Please note: A veil on the bottom of the bottle is a sign of genuineness.
